Hi Hannah, B&LU group and Bruce,

I have revised BE-7 (EV Chargers in Multi-Unit Dwellings) and it is available here in the B&LU Recommendations folder:

Hannah, please add it to the agenda for upcoming review.

Everyone else: please feel free to send feedback to me.

I have made changes such as the following to respond to feedback from the previous review:

* Limited scope to Multi-unit residences to focus effort on the area with the greatest unmet need and to limit costs.  Removed retail and work sites from the recommendation.
* Used BAU per mile emissions (from Transportation Working Group) to calculate CO2e reductions due to EV miles travelled instead of gas cars.
* Increased costs to the city to be more realistic for the amount of consultant or staff time required.
* Added descriptions about assumptions of what type of Electric Vehicle Chargers are installed and how many Electric Vehicles are supported per charger.

Thanks - Dave

Hi Hannah,

Can you add BN-4 to the list for discussion during Thursday's TF meeting?

B&LU folks, please go ahead and send comments and questions if you have time to review.

Thx!
Emily

Hi Emily,

I’m seeing two different versions of this recommendation. When I click the link you sent there are a number of comments on the side that show up, and still appear when I download it, which I’m assuming you don’t want. When I hit ‘open with Google Docs’ I can download it without the comments appearing but it’s formatted slightly differently (footnotes instead of references at the end). Can you please send me the version you’d like to use as a PDF?

Thanks,

Hannah

Hi Hannah,

Oops sorry about that.  Here is a PDF version.

Btw, I plan on making in some edits between now and the Thursday meeting as I get feedback and find errors.  Do we send an updated version to you to distribute via City Notices if there are updates?  Also, if we have a slide deck, when would you need that by?

Thx!
Emily

Thanks Emily! You can distribute an updated version before Thursday via City Notices if you want. I just need your slides by 5pm on Thursday so I can add them to my thumb drive.
