paragraph in overall summary of the report

Hello team,

almost there :)

 What exactly should be in our short version summary on page 6 of the report.

The bullet points need updating.

Suggestion:

- incentivize and create building codes for low carbon buildings

- reduce natural gas consumption and improve energy efficiency for the existing building sector

- encourage the reduction of embodied carbon in the life-cycle of buildings

- increase the tree canopy, native vegetation and other forms of carbon sequestration

.....

Actually best would be to have the first paragraph extend a bit to incorporate it all  - it already has a lot of the topics in it.
