Hey there,

I am working on slides and content for Wednesday's practice run.  Would you mind sending me some taking points as 'key takeaways' from each of your recommendations?  We won't have a lot of time, so your notes will help me stay on point.  For example, for Thida's TOD reco, advocating for density is not necessarily new, but the point system is a key element to unlock funding opportunities (did I get that right?).

Some of you also had slides that were presented.  Do you mind sending those to me?  If they are already on the folders on Google Drive, I can find them there.

By sometime tomorrow would be great.

Thanks!!
Emily

Hi Emily,
Yes you got that right.
Setting a VMT target for TODs is important to building housing and reducing traffic.
has points that favor BMR units. Studies show low-income drive 25-50% below average VMT if within 1/2 mile of transit.
Please let me know if I can help in any other way.

Thanks,
Thida (she/her)

Hi Emily,

I uploaded my slides for BN-1 & BN-3 on the drive. I also uploaded the new buildings outreach ppt in case some content is useful.

Thanks,
Chirjiv

Thanks Emily! My slides are here. I think Slide 8 hits on the key talking points. Appreciate your leadership with this effort.

Best,

Lauren
