Hi team,

Wanted to share one more idea for the City, or for a portion of the City. Have you heard of the EcoDistricts framework? They are accepting applications now to be part of an EcoDistricts Incubator. I wonder if the City could apply to be part of this initiative? Applications are due January 31.

Here are the notes from today's meeting. There was a general discussion about several possible governance options and ways to support the City in elevating sustainability to the City Manager's office level, as some other cities have done (such as Palo Alto). 

These notes are not very complete, so please send additions, corrections.

Committee wants to meet every two weeks. Jada will send out poll for next meeting due to potential conflict with holiday schedules.

Hi Lauren 
The City was part of a training program with EcoDistricts several years ago. I don’t know the outcome of that. However applying now with ESTF2 makes sense. I think Steve would appreciate help in filling out the application
