Hi folks,

Thank so much for all your feedback! 

I completely changed BN-2's cost analysis greatly increasing the costs to account for use of consultants and explicitly citing ZNE work done for Palo Alto by DNV-GL. 

I changed the GHG calculations for residential such that it remains constant at 2019 levels. 

I took out the SWOT strength about housing because it belongs in BN-8. 

I added a recommendation of not allowing solar to offset natural gas produced on site.

Otherwise the changes are minor such as changing the location of content and/or minor word or phrase changes to make the content more clear.
