Here is the updated timeline.

Outcome:
a.) several of the recos are specific to one department and shall be put onto their priority working lists immediately.
b.) the others have one part that is related to creating a new code or ordinance and shall be addressed in the roadmap development and one part that can in big parts or all be addressed with the outreach via the new CSO and their tools

Summary: a strict ranking from 1-12 and moving the higher numbers to 2025 just does not make sense (because of how interdependent they are)
