I prefer Version A, because readers can tell from the BE-# or BN-# whether it affects Existing or New Buildings, which is a pretty significant thing.

Hi everybody,

We won't be renumbering. There is a clear risk that other recommendations are referencing ours and that it is therefore too risky and burdensome on our fabulous editing team to change the numbers (who are anyway already burdened enough).

Sorry for the confusion

On the up-side it shows that we choose the best ones to bring forward (and that we worked on many more).
