BAU spreadsheet with electric and gas tabs

Attached is the version of the BAU spreadsheet with the additional tabs for electric and gas usage for our team to project out in the next couple weeks.  This would just be setting the BAU baseline (not yet adding in the impact of the recommendations).

We should probably separate out New Construction with the current Title 24 and upcoming statewide ZNE guidelines.

Thanks Emily! I think any planned implementation /  a proposed code that we know will certainly pass will be a part of the BAU. 

Could you please let me and other non-attendees of todays meeting know if the group has discussed a plan in today's to develop this baseline such as -  Is one person developing this and then the rest review it and also are we meeting to discuss the baseline before it is due (March 13th?).

I think the title 24 2019 changes will apply to the new constructions & related emissions from 2020 to 2030, considering we don't know how the code will change in the next 3/4 years. I am not sure if new construction should be separated out. I think it should show in the same trend.  Current title 24 2016  effect should should show from 2017/ whenever it came into effect?  to 2019. Let me know if you still think there a need for separation.

Hi Chirjiv,

We spent Friday's meeting talking about SVCE's future plans, EUMV, and learned more about Sunnyvale's task force's public input forum, but did not have time to talk about the BAU recommendations.  David has some good notes.

I think it does make sense to have one or two people volunteer to develop the baseline for the larger group to review.  Anyone?  Anyone?  :)

Are folks available this Friday at the usual 10-11:30 time?  Kevin Bates is available to talk about Commercial NZE from a developer's perspective.
