Hi Chrijiv, Lauren, Jada, Hala, Marianna, Mike, Emily, David, Thida, 

I am available this weekend and very much interested in meeting over coffee or dinner to go over your or my reco's.

From Friday evening to Sunday evening I will entirely focus on the task force and would love to connect to you.

Anybody interested in meeting, discussing details of reco's, working alongside me?

Could we meet as a larger group to discuss prioritization of our recos, time-line of implementation (2018, 2021, 2024) and how we will get the other City officials involved in the last stretch of our recos (building, economic development officials)?

Hi Ines,

I'm happy to meet and/or review your recommendations, but sorry, your timing doesn't work for me, particularly as the entire TF is meeting tonight and we're marching in the Spring Parade on Saturday. We're scheduled to meet on Friday 2/27 per usual. 

To address a couple of your points: At our last meeting, we discussed every recommendation in our workgroup.  IRC Emily recently sent out a new master list of these recommendations. I feel like we have now discussed recommendations several times and have now reached the stage where we need to review recommendations that have already been written up. I'm happy to review anyone's, but the author is responsible for getting reviewers.  For me, many of these recommendations require reading ahead of time. So if you want me to review your recommendation, please email it to me and I can email back comments or meet with you.

The entire TF will prioritize all recommendations in a manner yet to be determined. The new workplan has the proposed date of the meeting when this will happen. We will be discussing the new workplan tonight.
