OCHA 3W sub-sectors for esc

Dear all,

 

In the last ESC meeting in KTM it was agreed the ESC team would come up with a proposal for sub-sectors. This was on the request of OCHA to be used as an extra categorisation in their modified WhoWhatWhere Matrix.

 

The ESC team proposes the sub sectors could be as follows:

• Emergency shelter (includes plastic sheets/bamboo/tents)
• Shelter related NFIs
• Toolkit
• Winterisation material
• Winter clothing
• Early recovery (returns/training support)
• Early recovery (materials)
• Early recovery (cash)

Please comment before this Friday 7 November. If no comments are posted before then, OCHA can regard this as final.
