Dear Susan
I am feeling overwhelmed at the changes you have announced regarding ESAC, specifically changing the name to ESAG now, and removing the circle ideology. I am needing more consistency and continuity, and frankly, more hope. I was introduced to Marshall's work in 1990 and did my PhD dissertation around it in 1994. I became certified as a trainer in 1999. I learned about sociocracy in 2005 and in Jan., 2006 I took a weekend sociocracy training hosted by BayNVC. At that time I longed to be part of an organization that adopted this model of organization and I yearned to see it spread across the globe. I joined ENACC (English Speaking America Coordinating Circle) in Fall of 2006. That disbanded quickly in December, 2006. I joined EWC in 2008, which disbanded shortly afterwards and morphed into ESAC. Now the latter is being called ESAG. Frankly, it is difficult to keep up with and also annoying to watch the starts and stops of this process. Still, I have yet to see a circle map in visual format! So my requests to you are two fold; 1) Would you be willing to remove my address from the ESAG mailing list until such time as there is a sociocratic circle in the Americas of which I can belong to, and 2)would you be willing to notify me of the establishment of same when and if it ever does come alive?
Cordially
