Below is the link to the doodle scheduling tool to indicate your
availability for the April meeting:

Please note that there is a horizontal scroll bar and an unusually
large number (42) of times/dates from which to choose. This is due to
several factors:

1. I'm feeling torn about which week to choose.
2. By request, I'm reopening the option of a weekend meeting.

We will be electing a new Facilitator at the March meeting, and so I
will want to give priority to that person's availability in making the
decision. At the same time, it is still important to collect the
information prior to the March 18th meeting so that we can make the
decision efficiently as soon as that person is identified. Ideally,
by then we will have the options narrowed down to half a dozen times/
dates!

On an unrelated topic, since there is no CNVC Board meeting in March,
I'm imagining that we have an automatic extension for developing the
ESAC Relationships proposal. This is a great relief to me because,
after some very productive work with Dominic immediately following our
February meeting, we have not been able to connect; first, I was
traveling, and now he is on tour. While I'm extremely pleased with
the proposal as it stands now, I'm longing to strengthen it further by
including his ideas about trainer certification, trainer renewal,
sliding scales, alternative revenue sources for CNVC, and overall
presentation of the proposal in more "digestible" chunks. For now, I
only want to reassure you, the members of ESAC, that the project is
alive and well, and that I'll post it next week when I post the
agenda, with or without Dominic's input.

This is a reminder to doodle your availability for the April ESAC
meeting. Here is the link:

Please visit the doodle together with your day planner at your
earliest convenience. I've had four responses so far, and none of
those four are available for a Saturday meeting, so I eliminated that
option. For the people who are unable to attend during the week, it
looks like Sunday might be a viable option.

With gratitude to Judy, Mercedes, Jerry, Faye, and Lucie for their
response to my request to doodle availability for the April meeting, I
have eliminated all options that were selected by fewer than three
people. However, there still remain eleven times on four dates, and
that's more than I think we can discuss during our meeting tomorrow,
so I'm posting the link again in the hope that there are a few more
people who would like to be heard about this decision and who are
willing and able to doodle by noon EDT tomorrow:

And to those who have been baring their hearts in the thread about the
Relationships proposal, please know that your messages are very alive
for me, that I am holding you with care, and that I am trying to take
one thing at a time so that I don't become immobilized with
overwhelm. My intention was to post last night, and what happened
instead was that I had a huge personal breakthrough that literally
blew me away, so I'm prioritizing a bit of journaling and
correspondence around that in the hope that I can do that both/and
thing before the end of today and still remain in choice. For now,
please accept this brief expression of my gratitude for your
willingness to share your heart. Your participation meets needs of
mine for connection and effectiveness in my work.
