Dear NVC people,
There is a possiblity of a week open at a summer camp in Vermont that has had an NVC family camp for, I think, the past two years.  At present there is no one that is going to run it...so the possiblity is wide open.  I'm hoping that this might interest several somebodies because I would enjoy knowing that such a week existed in the northeast.  Alice Silverman would be the person with whom to connect.

Please pass this on to anyone you think might be interested.
Warmly,
Judy in the midst of mud season northern Vermont

I will not be doing family camp this year. We are taking that week off to revitalize and energize..and have a vacation.  They might be interested in someone else who would like to teach for the week and if you or anyone else is interested please let me know..or if I can forward you email address to Carole Blane the camp director..
Thanks
Alice

Hey Alice,
I'm wondering if plans are coming along for an NVC family camp this summer and if you're ready to advertize yet.  Would you let me know if you're NOT going to do the NVC week, please?  Then I'll cross it off my mental list.  Otherwise please take your time in getting back to me, OK?
Warmly,

Heya Judy,

As far as NVC Family Camps in the East Coast goes, there is this one
that will be taking place: http://www.familyheartcamp.org/ That will
be in Virginia, outside of Washington D.C., so perhaps that might not
be meeting your criteria for "in the northeast".

I am curious when you say that in Vermont there is a space for an NVC
Family Camp but "no one is going to run it". What exactly is the
situation here? In other words, is there already a potential venue
available and interested audience ready, but no event organizers and/
or NVC trainers signed on to make it all happen?

Someone whom you might want to contact about all of this is Francois
Beausoleil. He is a certified trainer who has worked with the Seattle
area NVC Family Camp, I think the BayNVC family camps, and is signed
on to help with the DC area one as well. He lives outside of
Sherbrooke, Quebec, so would actually be the closest to the Vermont
area out of all of these different areas I named.

I am wishing you all the best!
