MAY 09 ESAC doodle launched

I'm feeling disappointed and worried when I notice that I'm the only
one who has responded to the May doodle because the April meeting is
only three days away, and we would like to be able to at least narrow
down the options for the May time/date in order to create ease in the
decision-making process. Here's the link:

I'm also longing for full participation in Wednesday's meeting,
2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. EDT (11:00a.m. PDT, 3:00p.m. Rio). Jeff will be
facilitating, I will be offering technical support and participating
from the BayNVC office, and Judy, Mercedes, Jerry, and Lucie have also
doodled that they are available. I have sent a draft agenda to Jeff,
and he will be posting it as soon as he returns from a training in
Iowa and gets a chance to review/revise it; connection information
will be included.

Reminder: You are welcome to participate even if you did not doodle,
and you are welcome to observe even if you do not consider yourself a
member of ESAC.

Judy, Jeff, Dominic, John, Jerry, Faye... all who i have heard on the
ESAC call in months past, and to all of you who are interested .... i
urge you to look forward in your planners and participate in the
doodle for the May ESAC .. we'd love to have a date during the April
meeting which is taking place... today!
