to ERH
Greetings.
Does anyone have access to a first edition of FR's "Stern der Erlösung"?
The question is: what are the numbers of the last two pages in the body of the text? in the 1954 third edition, which I have, they are pages 210-211 (followed by lengthy appendices).
An ERH composition I am preparing for publication has the notation "✡ 531" at the head of a lengthy if lightly edited quote from the last two pages of the "Stern." The "✡" clearly refers to the "Stern," but I am stumped as to the significance of the "531"--though I tend to think it's a page number either in the first edition, or possibly in the manuscript pages which he and MRH might have had prior to publication.
Any ideas?
