Hello All... I am new here ...
I have a problem to share ... hope there is a solution ...
When I start some program, appear error message box here :
"C:\Program Files\... A device attached to the system is not
functioning." with another box message :
"Error Starting Program : The URLMON.DLL file is linked to missing
export SHLWAPI.DLL:SHRegGetValueW."
