On November 7, 2016 at the Leadership Nouveau - a conference which examines the challenges of arts management in the 21st century - panelists and speakers will explore this year’s theme on “Consumer Experience in the Arts and Culture”. They will discuss how experiential consumption is changing the way arts and culture organizations build relationships with their audiences. The event is organized by HEC Montréal and will take place on November 7th at the Paley Center for Media, in New York.
