Led by Cristina Ortega in collaboration with the Budapest Observatory, ATER Fondazione, and the Observatoire des Politiques Culturelles, the Thematic Area aims to set up a framework for a discussion and exchange best practices to improve the design and the evaluation of culture policies in Europe.
