The Royal Society for Public Health is an independent, multi-disciplinary charity dedicated to the improvement of the public’s health in the UK since 2008.
In particular, The Special Interest Group for “Arts, Health and Wellbeing” contributes to the development of knowledge on Arts and Health in the country. In its next conference on 1st of December, the Group will present and explore the contrasts and commonalities between theoretical perspectives, research methods and professional practice in creative arts therapies, medical/health humanities and arts, health and wellbeing with several influential experts of the field, like University of Nottingham, University of Winchester, Birmingham Centre for Arts Therapies and others.
