The Zoom link will be sent on the day of the event to everyone who registers.

Why We Meet

Our previous gatherings have shown how deeply valuable it is to come together—whether to reflect, share clinical wisdom, or simply feel less alone in this work. We continue to draw inspiration from foundational figures in EFT such as Prof. Greenberg, Dr. Goldman, Prof. Watson, and Prof. Elliott, as well as from leaders in EFT for Youth like Dr. Mirisse Foroughe.

This Gathering’s Focus

This session will be something special. We’ll explore a new perspective on a core process in EFT—the emotion processing sequence (Pascual-Leone & Greenberg). We will deepen this by looking at the process through the lens of neurobiological development in youth, considering:

  • the emotional components young people have access to,

  • the attachment strategies they use to organize emotional experience,

  • and how these factors shape the unfolding of therapeutic change.

It will be an opportunity to engage with fresh insights and perspectives on a process essential to effective therapy with adolescents.

What to Expect

  • A reflective and experiential learning space

  • Time for discussion, exploration, and peer support

  • A welcoming and informal community atmosphere

Please note: These gatherings are not formal trainings or supervision. They are open to anyone curious about EFT for Youth, whether you're already trained, considering Level I training, or simply interested in learning more.

With warmth,

Krzysztof (Chris) Błażejewski
