今天剛剛宣佈 —— 日本旅遊局將邀請1万名外國遊客免費遊日本。

有意申請的朋友可在網上提交申請，獲得資格的人將在2012年被邀請到日本。申請者需提交在日本逗留時的旅遊計劃，而如果政府覺得你是真心想要來旅行的（不是非法居留），他們便會提供你來回機票。

日本政府是希望受邀的人能通過博客與社會化媒體分享他們在日本的體驗，從而吸引更多人前往日本旅遊。

自從地震和核事故后，到訪日本的旅客猛然下降 —— 有些道府縣如山形的海外旅客人數甚至下跌了80%。

日本政府將斥資11億日元來完成這項計劃。

我目前正在和日本經濟產業省（METI）合作，這個月稍后到東京國際動漫展演講時還會和日本旅遊局的相關人員見面。我想要為你們爭取這個機會 —— 在以下留下你的旅遊計劃 —— 你打算到哪裏，住在哪裏。然後2012年的時候，你是否願意過來？另外，記得在你的簡介上填寫所在國家。

Recently a number of media outlets have publicised articles about this, however it is subject to government budgetary approval,and no details have been decided yet.
