Welcome back, everyone!

Counselors are working hard right now to ensure everyone has an accurate (and ideally desirable) schedule at the beginning of semester one.

Because we want to support our students the best we can, we will unfortunately not be reading/replying to schedule-related requests that come in via email because it will slow us down as we work on the requests that do come in via our course change request form.

Please direct all course change requests through this FORM. The FORM will be open by 1st Block on Day 1 & will stay open through the end of the day on September 2. After September 2, we will not be accepting any course change requests.  As High School Counselors, we aim to empower students to advocate for themselves starting on day 1. For that reason, only students can submit the form, using their WCCUSD Gmail account. If you are a Parent/Guardian, you can support by working with your student to help them advocate for their requests.

We're excited to welcome our new counselor, Ms. Ta. She will be joining us on August 28th. Her caseload will be A-Cap. In the meantime, if you have non-schedule related questions please email Ms. Ng at moni...@wccusd.net. For schedule request changes please use the google form linked above and be sure to select the counselor that matches your last name as it may be different from last year!
