ODOE launched the program in February and began accepting applications from eligible entities on March 6. Eligible entities for up to 11 geographic regions and the nine federally-recognized Indian Tribes may apply to serve as regional administrators for the program. Regional administrators will be allocated grant dollars following a competitive application review; they will then distribute the grant dollars within their regions for the purchase and installation of heat pumps and related upgrades.

The March 22 webinar will provide an overview of the online application and provide an opportunity for questions. Please register to attend the webinar. Additional information about the program and meeting materials will be available on our program webpage.
