OK, not the result desired.  And this one will hurt more than the rest.  I think BG has played away its chance at hope for a regular season title.  MTU and MSU are pretty secure barring a major collapse.

The WCHA tourney is another matter but the margin for error is far thinner and that leaves us with seeing when, if, and how this team solves the vulnerability they expose in games like this.  UAA, Ferris and NMU won't cut any slack and a bad enough swoon costs a game against even a surging UAH.

The bounce back games however are what always seem to show the other half of the equation.  The team playing with fire and intensity.  

That said, BSU is surging.  We get everybody's "A" game, and honestly the WCHA is playing exceedingly well overall.  The Falcons are costing themselves this wins but they aren't actually losing to truly "bad" teams.  The NCAA selection process won't reflect that but overall the polls have to date.

Also amazing to see yet another new guy scoring.  

Let's see where things end-up tomorrow.  But meantime, any theories on where the mental glitch seems to be coming from?
