translate some proverbs

I was wondering if you couldn’t translate a list of proverbs into
Primal. If it is at all possible, could you alter the phraseology so
that the statements rhyme or have some natural rhythm or beat?
Proverbs:
“If you don’t agree with me, it means you haven’t been listening”
“You should either be good (behave), or be good at it (talented at
mischief).”
“The cake is a lie.”
“Give me the ammo, or I’ll shoot”
“Friends will foolishly agree to anything”
“Flush before taking a sip (referring to toilets)”
“He/she will give you 6 warning shots in the back.”

Hmm. So they all rhyme with each other, or so they rhyme internally (like, a word halfway through rhymes with the last word)? Primal is not filled with synsets like English so there's less room to wiggle, but some amount of poetic interpretation can still be done.

But what about giving these sentences a sense of rhythm? (internally)
Is it possible to have about the same number of syllables on one side
of a comma (or period) as the other? Or have most of the vowels in
that sentence be A’s? Things like that. You could also achieve rhythm
by repeating a word over and over again.
But at the same time… if doing so makes the phrase sound unnatural,
then don’t force a rhyme. Sing-songy phrases stand the test of time
partially because they roll off the tongue so easily.
