Understanding Disability Disclosure

Tuesday, Oct. 14

6 to 7:30 p.m. EDT

This workshop is designed to provide participants with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively navigate the process of disclosing their disability and to advocate for their needs in the workplace. The workshop will focus on three areas: effective communication, strategies and useful tools and resources to help them identify and request appropriate accommodations.

Supporting Equity, Diversity and Inclusivity (EDI) and Cultural Intelligence in Today’s Workplace

Tuesday, Oct. 28

6 to 7:30 p.m. EDT

In an increasingly diverse workplace that relies on effective teamwork to achieve success, there is a greater need to create synergy between equity, diversity and inclusivity (EDI) and workplace culture. This workshop will explore the essential principles of EDI and the role of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) in fostering a respectful and collaborative workplace.
