drcachesim: tracing refills and evictions

Is there a way to get the cache simulator to output a trace of

cache refills and evictions? Or line movements between different

levels of the cache? The trace from drmemtrace is memory

accesses from the core's point of view. drcachesim models how

this causes line allocations and evictions, and counts these,

but is it possible to also get a trace of the events in the

memtrace, or in a separate trace?

The current options are at https://dynamorio.org/sec_drcachesim_ops.html.  There is -LL_miss_file for dumping all the LLC misses.  Similar options could be added for other events.
