DDA App for making online complaint with photograph of the site

We can also make complaint online by DDA-311 App. U can download from Google Play Store. U hv to installed the app on yr mobile. I am using this & I lodged one complaint in Feb 17 for repair of Stormwater drain outside of our DDA flats. As per current status Qutation has been invited for the work. Let's see when the work started.

Yes I found this app on play store request members to down load it and use it for various purposes including filing complaint.

In this regard please inform (i) The latest status of this letter sent via e-mail (ii) Detailed factual reasons as to why letters sent to UTTIPEC are returned undelivered.

Dear Residents,
I feel happy to share with u all that DDA has just started action on my complaint through #DDA App 311#. I lodged the complaint in 1st week of Feb.2017 regarding cleaning & repair of Storm Water Drain. Continue follow up of 3 months finally DDA officials took action & work has started. The main credit goes to my 1st Smart Phone which I bought during November 2016.
I request the Residents pls lodge the complaint through this App. If u find any thing wrong pertaining to DDA services. Take a picture of the site & Lodge the complaint through this App.
Latest pictures (both old & new) of the site is attached herewith for your information.

It's private company app no official order seems
