Petty billing by post office in paisa requires a review and needs to be rounded off to next rupee. Post Office can not expect people to carry non-existent change of 10, 20 or 50 paisa. Even the coins of 1 & 2 rupee are difficult to find. The fractional billing of Rs.17.90 or Rs.24.50 is not only inconvenient but also has no real meaning. For a consumer this is only a loss of few paisa but keeping in view the large volume, this small sum cumulatively will easily add crores to exchequer on daily basis.  The P&T department needs to look into it. The prices must be set to result in a total rupee billing after including GST.
