1 wear I have switched to waste lose under garments
2 wear I wear maximum breathable garments i.e. cotton
3 wear I dry all my clothes in direct sunlight & once a month natural wash
4 wear I ensure that no one in family wear shoes which sqeeze toe
5 nature I work & be in maximum natural light 
6 nature 5 am to 5 pm I keep my house windows open
7 nature I keep car windows open for first 3 minutes of journey
8 nature I take 15-20 minutes nap afternoon
9 nature I sleep as per natural clock
10 nature I start bathing from feet
11 nature I only use utensils made of soap stone/ceramic/kaansaa/peetal
12 nature I use squatty potty stool for maintaining right angle of anus
13 nature I bare feet walk 30 minutes daily in grass
14 nature I take dinner at least 150 minutes before going to sleep 
15 nature I have stopped using very soft mattress
16 nature I always thank God before eating & feel happy
17 nature I place first step on earth in the morning as per chandra/surya swar
18 nature I commit to learn how our internal organs function in coordination
19 nature I use RO waste for other household purposes
20 nature I don't throw papers in dustbin but give them for recycling

54 chemicals I have stopped using leather goods

56 chemicals I have completely stopped using plastic bottles, slippers & soles
57 chemicals I have stopped using shaving cream 90% to use aloe vera 
58 chemicals I am using only herbal/natural floor cleaner
60 chemicals I will read about serious side effects of BP & sugar tablets.
