Gurugram Faridabad Toll Road is around 25 kilometers long. It is passing through dense  Southern Delhi Ridge of Aravalli range forests. However, on both sides of road one only finds dirt, wrappers and plastic garbage. This instead could have been made a beautiful & pleasant stretch for joy ride. Daily thousands of people cross this road to reach their respective destination, but beautification is nowhere in the agenda. Even normal cleanliness is wanting.

 

Both sides must be clean and developed with flower bearing plants.

 

There are around half a dozen agencies like Municipal Corporation of Gurugram, Municipal Corporation of Faridabad, Haryana PWD, GFTR Toll Road Agency, State Forest Department but surprisingly no one has paid any attention to this aspect?

 

In other parts of the city every authority is ready to spend crores to beautify the area and create artificial green areas, but here no one is interested in putting even slight efforts to maintain this otherwise green highway.

 

It is, therefore, requested that responsibility of any one agency may be fixed to maintain the stretch in a clean and aesthetic way.
