I have been reading the various issues raised by the members and at times giving my response too. Today I have an issue-
Sometime back, I donated some money in Prime Minister Relief Fund through online payment. I got very shocked, when I did not receive any confirmation either through mail or SMS. The site of PMRF does not even guide you to note the transaction no. for future reference and when I tried to see the history of my transaction and I was asked to enter my transaction no., which I was not asked to note while doing the transaction.
I made a complaint on the PMRF site but till date I have not received any reply to the same inspite of 7 days being passed.
This is what is the state of our Ld. Prime Minster office and the worlds IT Giant country. Today I neither have any receipt from the PMRF nor any confirmation either through mail or SMS to prove that I donated money except the entry in bank account. Should we not ashamed of this. This is our INDIA SHINING!!!! Our other online private/ MNC sites for buying, booking, even Banking etc, are so user friendly, good and prompt that our PMO should learn from the same.
Can anybody guide me how I can convey my issue with Prime Minister Office.
