Encroachment

Dear Team,

The KG Marg in New Delhi is a prestigious road. It must be maintained properly. As far as safety of pedestrians is concerned all footpaths must be maintained as per specifications. At the entry of this road itself, the footpath stands blocked (refer attached photograph) and pedestrians can not walk. In this back-ground please inform:

 

(1)  Is this encroachment?

(2)  If yes, by whom?

(3)  Reasons & facts for not removing this?

(4)  List of all such officers who have carried out routine road inspections in this area during last one year?

(5)  The names of responsible officers who failed in keeping this footpath walkable as per UTTIPEC guidelines, and forced people to walk over main carriage way endangering life and creating disturbance for traffic?

(6)  Please also provide the list of such obstacles in whole NDMC area which have not been removed from footpath in to comply with UTTIPEC guidelines.
