About UPI Bhim App following observations have been made, which may be examined for betterment of application:

 

(1)  The repeat payment option only appears if the payment has been released by feeding bank details. In case the payment sent through QR code this option does not appear.

(2)  On opening screen, the option of direct scan does not always appear, this is erratic and

(3)  The time taken to complete the transaction through BHIM app is lengthier as compared to other private wallet and

(4)  For ease option to download/sort payments be made available

 

This has been sent through feedback but there is never any response.
