Frustrated with Naiknave Developers

I have the exact same issues that everyone here posted. I called
Naiknavare offices in Pune, at least 50 times in the last 4 years. I
booked two 2 BHK apartments in Oct 2007. This morning, I left a
message on their US number in Georgia (1-404-610-1830). I had sent
several emails in the past, in vain. Finally, I spoke to Mr. Vishal
Nakhate. I got the cell phone number (91 99229 67678) on one of the
blogs on internet that promotes Naiknavare builders.

Now they are demanding Rs. 46008 towards maintenance for my 2
apartments for 2 years + Rs. 4752 as service tax. The bank has been
calling and asking me to pay up Rs. 90,000 as EMI from March 2011 till
date. I did not even take possession of the flats. I am also told that
drinking water is not available through regular connections and
therefore, the builder is providing 25 Liter Bisleri water everyday.
The community club and intercom facilities are not ready. I wonder if
the facilities are not ready then what are they maintaining. If they
are not maintaining anything then why charge the maintenance fees?

I am tired of their false promises and waiting on them. If there is a
collective action we need to take, I am in. Please let me know and I
will join in.

You are right... We all are in similar situation. I had booked 2 flats (one 1 BHK & another 2 BHK) in 2007. I am being penalized for delay on their part.

Seems like we all are trying to get what we are supposed to, and it's not working.

I recently learnt that they have started sending out contract termination letters if you fail to take possession within certain no. of days.

We need more people to create momentum and at least getting heard.

Any idea on how can we pool in other folks in similar situation.
