The Wand of Shroud of Shurikens(Wand +2, gives Cloud of Daggers a
Blast 1 effect, at will)
The Wand of Balefrost(Wand +1, gives Eldritch Blast a Blast 1
effect(cold), at will)
Too powerful for Solo 10 & Solo 8 to have?!
What of multiple function items?
