4th Edition - Homebrewed (Modified) Magic Items

It is a fact that the DMG isn't going to have ALL the magic Items of
3.X DMG/MIC. So how about modifying 3.X items, Core, MIC, or
Homebrewed???

Any takers?

Crown of the Fool - a fool's cap with a silver crown when not in use -
Hat of disguise & anonymity with Int+6 Wis+6 Cha+6 enhancements.

Gleeman's Cloak - A cloak of many, tatterdemalion pieces sown together
- Cloak of Defence +6* Resistance +4 with Str+6 Dex+8* Con+4
enhancements.

Any ideas on a Regalia of the Jester besides these two items?
