Thank you for the invitation, great initiative.
I have three Ducati IS11 industrial engines, new old stock.
One of them is being built up as a mobile water pump.
I need one injector so would appreciate information of a source for this.

The injectors were Bosch. You should be able to take the non working
one to an appointed Bosch diesel injection service centre and they
will service it. I had mine done at my local centre for 80 Euros I
think. What country are you in - I've forgotten. If you can't find
anyone there I can get it done here - or maybe Henning is nearer?

If you take the picture from the manual plus the HP rating and
proposed use to a Bosch agent they should be able to help. Lombardini
agents also have the injector here in Italy. Try them in your
countries. I'll email you a pic of mine.

The handstarting mechanism is just 80cm of rope with a handle!
A stopknot at the end of the rope engages with a notch in the outer
flywheel pulley.
