If you were to ask the average investor what wholesaling
is they might say something like this...

" It's when you find a property below market value, then
find a buyer for the property for a higher price than you
paid..."

... in a nut shell, right?

And although this is true, the problem with wholesaling
properties this way (in today's market) is... it's waaaay
too hard, especially for new investors. You gotta focus on buyers 1st!

We mean how are you supposed to flip the property if you don't
know how to find the buyers right? Cause it's easy to find
