Open Government Data Camp looks to be a great event for the Open Data community coming up in Warsaw in October. There are stipends still available if folks have an interest.

Thanks for sharing this. I'm going to apply for a "busary" as much for the fact that I'm interested in the event, as I just think the word "busary" is cool and I therefore want to have one.
