Another crash at startup

to Dr. Memory Users

Just downloaded and installed Dr. Memory version 2.3.0 -- build 1 for use with

   Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2019
   Version 16.6.3 / VisualStudio.16.Release/16.6.3+30225.117 / Microsoft .NET Framework Version 4.8.03752
   Installed Version: Community / Visual C++ 2019   00435-60000-00000-AA682

Running

C:\Windows\System32>drmemory.exe C:\BssDev\BsPicMgr\Debug\BsPicMgr.exe c:\HP_Test\HP_Test.BsPics
crashes.

Pls find the cmd box output and the DrMemory Logs attached.

Any idea what kind of mistake I made?
