Memory snapshoting mode?

Is there a mode that reports snapshots who holds heap memory only, no errors reporting? Similar to profiling mode of valgrind.

Maybe -show_reachable with a nudge, which should show all the live allocations?  There was a related tool Dr. Heapstat in the past which did profiling but it is no longer maintained.
