Come downtown for First Friday!

Arts, crafts, classic cars, live music, dining, and shopping are
awaiting you tonight at First Friday in Downtown Milton! The fun will
be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 3.

Local restaurants host a variety of live music on Friday nights. The
Blackwater Bistro, Tracy’s Liberty Café, and the Old Post Office Piano
Bar offer a diverse choice of music and weekly dinner specials. While
downtown, visitors can also enjoy shopping at various businesses, as
well as visiting the Santa Rosa Veterans Memorial and the Downtown
Riverwalk Park. You can also take a peek at the new Boomerang
Ballroom at Polka-dot Toys & Gifts!

Also, don’t forget Milton’s Swing Dancing at the Boomerang Ballroom
EVERY SATURDAY! The joint is jumpin’ from 8 to 11:30 p.m. It’s only
$5 to get your groove on. Beginner to advanced dancers welcome; that
means you! A 30-minute mini-lesson begins at 8 p.m.

The Boomerang Ballroom is located at Polka-dots Toys & Gifts, 5227
Willing Street (behind the Imogene Theatre).
Downtown Milton’s First Friday is hosted by the nonprofit
revitalization group Main Street Milton. All activities are free and
open to the public. Children’s activities are provided at no charge.
Donations are appreciated to help fund the event.
