This Saturday's run will be hosted by Flo.

 

We will meet at the NHT Car Park for a 05:30 run-off.

Running from NHT Customer & Staff Parking on Park Boulevard we:

Turn left onto Knutsford Blvd

Continue to the top of Knutsford Blvd

Turn left onto Trafalgar Road

Continue to the end of Trafalgar Road (1.13 miles)

Turn right onto Hope Road

Continue on Hope Road (2 miles @ Bob Marley Museum)

Continue straight onto Old Hope Road (3 miles @ US Embassy)

Continue straight onto Mona Road

Turn left onto Garden Boulevard (4.18 miles)

Continue to the end of Garden Boulevard (4.94 miles)

Retrace route to start point for a total of 9.88 miles
