Hi All,
I am a s/w engg. with 3 yrs of exp. I have extensively worked on SQL
Server 2000 and Coldfusion.
I am looking for a job on .Net technology. But all the companies
expect ppl with 3-4 yrs exp. on .Net.
Could you pls advice as to what should I do in such a situation?
Will clearing a certification on .Net help?
Or will I have to put fake projects in my resume?
Any advice on this is most welcome as I am desperate to work on .Net.

TIA!!
~SG
