Together, these shows invite audiences to reflect, connect, and experience art across performance, installation, painting and sculpture.

TALISMAN – Komal Madar
Talisman is a participatory durational performance that invites activation, meditation and connection. Visitors are invited to sit, light a candle, and witness its slow dripping as a meditative act. Before leaving, they extinguish the flame, leaving behind a durational trace, a quiet record of presence, time, and collective participation.

📅 Open: 10 – 14 September 2025
🕓 Opening Hours: Wednesday & Friday, 12 – 4 pm

TRACES – Group Exhibition
Traces brings together eight artists exploring themes of identity, memory, and the marks left through time, material, and experience. Each artist responds uniquely to the theme, tracing connections between the visible and unseen. The exhibition blends installation, painting, sculpture, and photography, inviting viewers to reflect on what it means to leave a trace—what remains, what disappears, and how stories are carried forward.
Artists:
Alison Reid • Andreea Mate • Chelsea Johnson • Elizabeth Longwill • Komal Madar • Mariana Sequera • Ruth Dillon • Sarah Leader
📍 Venue: The Bakery, Marvin Street, Liverpool L6 1NF
