Heat Pump and OpenEnergyMonitor

Does anybody on this group have any experience with monitoring an
airsource heat pump using the hardware from OpenEnergyMonitor?

There is this kit:
https://shop.openenergymonitor.com/level-3-heat-pump-monitoring-bundle-emonhp/

that people seem to use to monitor how their heat pump setup is
performing. I would like to have a chat with somebody who used it and
can give me some tips on what I actually would need and how it all
fits into an installation?
