Community meeting and troubling finances

The "July" community meeting is a week early (due to clashing with
Makefest otherwise) and so is this coming Sunday at 1pm.

I've just added two new items to the agenda (thanks Chris H for setting
that up!) to look at how we can get more people through the doors -

We're still running at ~£700/month loss.

If we don't fix that, DoES won't be here by the end of the year.

We have plenty of capacity for people to take desks, or workshop
membership, or hire the space for events.  How do we find the folk to
use that capacity?

Hope to see you at the meeting on Sunday, flush with ideas (or at least
up for taking on some of the work to find/implement them)!

I hope y'all find the energy to go out and get those 3-4 more people and do those actions that will help y'all meet them.

I don't have any practical support - but lots of warmth and support in your direction.

Focus and continued energy will get you surprising places.  :)

I'm in there but can't hear or see anything at the moment. 

I have my camera and mic off currently, but don't think that should affect anything.
