Fire Exit Walkway

Hi all

Jason has noticed that there is some blown render on the wall above the fire exit walkway, at the rear of our space (if you go out the fire exit by the toilets). Apparently this can fail at any time and could even be somewhat forceful, and will mean chunks of render falling down. As such we would ask that you do not use this space to take calls or do anything other than exit in an emergency, at least until it has been resolved.

Does this have the potential to damage the bar area glass underneath?
Should they put some netting across or something?

It’s actually right over on the Kempston Street end but Jason has told them about it so they’ll be aware.
