As John mentioned in the "Finances and Meeting minutes" thread, we've
got the offer of donations to cover our monthly shortfall for a year to
give us time to get DoES back on an even keel.
But it's dependent (very sensibly) on us having a plan for what we're
going to do to differently so that we don't just waste that money and
end up in the same place in a year.
Coming up with and implementing that plan is something that'll need
input and ongoing work from all the community, so we want to have one
(maybe two?) sessions to work through what it looks like.
